Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $8.00
• Free standard shipping on orders over $125.00

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all U.S. states except Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands), APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or international destinations.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@laceyryanjewelry.com within 5 days of the expected delivery date.
