Need to make a return?
We want you to love your Lacey Ryan Jewelry purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Window
We accept returns within 15 days of your order date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- Returned in its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please visit our Returns Center.
Enter your order number and email address to submit your return request.
Once your return request is approved, you'll receive a prepaid USPS return shipping label via email.
A $5 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover the cost of the prepaid return label.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@laceyryanjewelry.com. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Items that have been worn, used, damaged, or returned without their original packaging
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
If you'd like a different item, simply return your eligible purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, less the $5 return processing fee, within 5-7 business days after your return has been processed. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
